Job summary
Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company with legal and business matters. Attorneys from different practice areas are encouraged to apply, and both experienced and newer attorneys are welcome to build corporate experience.
You will review contracts, provide general legal guidance, help with policies and compliance, and research legal questions as needed. Collaboration with management and other departments is essential for maintaining organized records and handling
Qualifications
- Law degree and active license to practice law.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable with documents and computer use.
- Corporate law experience is helpful but not required.
- Willingness to learn and work with different areas of business law.
Responsibilities
- Review and prepare contracts, agreements, and other business documents.
- Provide general legal guidance on company matters.
- Help with company policies, compliance, and legal documentation.
- Research legal questions when needed.
- Work with management and other departments on legal matters.
- Maintain organized legal records and documents.
- Assist with routine contract and business legal issues.
