Job summary

Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to handle contracts, policies, and general legal matters. This role welcomes both experienced and newer attorneys aiming to grow corporate law skills.

You will review contracts, advise on business decisions, and assist with compliance and documentation while collaborating with management and other departments. A JD and license are required; corporate law experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Law degree and license to practice in good standing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable drafting, reviewing, and editing contracts and documents.
• Corporate law experience is helpful but not required.
• Open to attorneys from different practice areas.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare contracts, agreements, and other business documents.
• Provide general legal guidance on company matters.
• Help with company policies, compliance, and legal documentation.
• Research legal questions when needed.
• Work with management and other departments on legal matters.
• Maintain organized legal records and documents.
• Assist with routine contract and business legal issues.
