Qualifications
- Juris Doctor or equivalent law degree and valid license to practice law.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret and draft corporate agreements and policies.
Responsibilities
- Review and prepare contracts, agreements, and other business documents.
- Provide general legal guidance on company matters.
- Help with company policies, compliance, and legal documentation.
- Research legal questions when needed.
- Work with management and other departments on legal matters.
- Maintain organized legal records and documents.
- Assist with routine contract and business legal issues.
