Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company with legal and business matters. We welcome experienced attorneys as well as newer attorneys looking to build their corporate legal experience.

Attorneys from different legal practice areas are encouraged to apply. As a Corporate Attorney, you will review contracts, provide general legal guidance, help with policies and compliance, and research questions while working with management.

Qualifications

• Must have a law degree and be licensed to practice.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable processing documents and using a computer.
• Corporate law experience is helpful but not required.
• Attorneys from different areas of law are welcome to apply.
• Willingness to learn and work across areas of business law.
