Job summary

Gaude Solutions is seeking a Corporate Attorney to support the company with legal and business matters. Both experienced attorneys and those building corporate experience are encouraged to apply.

You will review contracts, provide general legal guidance, help with policies and compliance, research legal questions, and collaborate with management across departments. Qualifications

• Law degree and license to practice law.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable with documents and using a computer.
• Corporate law familiarity is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities
