QTS Data Centers in Fort Worth, TX, seeks an experienced Corporate Counsel to support the company's legal operations across general corporate matters, regulatory compliance, and transactional work.

You will draft and negotiate customer and vendor contracts, assist with privacy and data security programs, insurance matters, loans, partnerships, real estate, and coordinate with outside counsel while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school with strong credentials.
• Bar admission in a U.S. state or DC.
• 2+ years of legal experience in a general corporate transactional practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general corporate matters and transactional contracts.
• Negotiate and draft customer and vendor contracts.
• Assist with regulatory compliance and privacy laws.
• Manage relationships with outside counsel and insurers.
• Support data security program and financing/real estate matters.
