Qualifications

• Approximately 5–8 years of relevant legal experience in law firm or in-house.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
• Ability to analyze legal issues and provide clear, business-friendly advice.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to learn new subject areas, manage priorities, and collaborate globally.
• Preference for experience in intellectual property, real estate, procurement, or technology contracts.

Responsabilités

• Provide legal research, drafting, and practical advice on corporate matters.
• Support IP, real estate, procurement, and commercial agreements, including SaaS and licensing.
• Review AI-related contracts and manage data use, confidentiality, and risk allocation.
• Develop templates, playbooks, and matter-management processes; coordinate with stakeholders.
