Qualifications

2–4 years of corporate law experience focusing on contracts.
Graduated from a top-tier law school.
Exposure to contract drafting and review via internships or early roles.
Strong structured thinking and clear communication.

Willingness to work out of office; familiarity with cross-border contracts.

Responsibilities

Review and negotiate contracts (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements).
