Brillio is building a legal function that acts as a business enabler, offering an opportunity for an early-career lawyer to work directly with business teams on contracts, deals, and decisions.

The role focuses on reviewing and negotiating NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and vendor agreements, partnering with sales, finance, and delivery, and building playbooks to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in corporate law (contracts-focused).
• Graduate from a top-tier law school.
• Exposure to contract drafting/review through internships or early roles.
• Strong structured thinking and communication clarity.
• Should be able to demonstrate experience working with AI tools.
• A qualified lawyer.
• Willingness to work out of office.
• US Citizen/GC holder.

Responsibilities

What you will do?

• Review and negotiate contracts (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements)
• Partner with sales, finance, and delivery teams on deal execution
• Evaluate and prioritize legal risk vs business outcomes

What we are looking for?

$75,000 - $90,000 a year
