Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one US state; no discipline history.
• 1–3 years of legal experience in contracts, litigation, compliance, regulatory, or general corporate legal support.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and related materials.
• Support compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations (UDAAP, TCPA, FCRA).
• Develop templates, clause libraries, and workflows with AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Manage high-volume nationwide consumer litigation docket and coordinate with outside counsel.
