Lead Recruiting Consultant specializing in US IT Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

We are seeking a Lead Recruiting Consultant with expertise in US IT Recruitment and Talent Acquisition to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, and negotiate inbound and outbound procurement and revenue-generating agreements.
• Handle complex IT Services and Outsourcing Agreements, including Master Outsourcing Agreements, Professional Services Agreements, Bids and RFPs, Statements of Work, subcontracting agreements, software licensing, reseller agreements, NDAs, and SOWs.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in structuring, negotiating, and drafting outsourcing, IT, and services contracts as a service provider/vendor.
• Enjoy working with sales teams in the technology and outsourcing industry.
• Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and possess excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Pragmatic approach to minimize redlines.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to understand customer perspectives and reach mutually beneficial solutions.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple clients and stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders such as HR, Information Security, and Finance, incorporating their feedback into documents.
• Ability to manage deals from RFP stage to signatures with minimal supervision.

Educational Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school or equivalent legal degree from an international institution, with strong academic credentials.
• Must be, or be eligible to be, licensed in good standing to practice law in the US.
