Job summary

LHH is seeking a Corporate Controller in Sheboygan County for an international manufacturer with 50+ years of history. The role will be the right hand to the CFO, leading close processes and ensuring accurate reporting.

Responsibilities include overseeing financial statements, management reports, budgets, and forecasts; driving internal controls, ERP usage, and process improvements; and collaborating with cross-functional leaders to maximize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA required.
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing.
• 4+ years of management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Oversee preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies.

• Establish, maintain, and continuously improve internal controls and financial processes.
• Serve as a trusted financial partner to cross-functional leaders.
• Support development of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor financial performance against plan and identify variances.
• Drive continuous improvement across financial workflows and systems.
• Ensure effective use of ERP and financial systems.

We are working on a Controller position for an international manufacturer in the Sheboygan area that has been around over 50 years and has seen steady/substantial growth throughout their history. This position is open due to an upcoming retirement and will be the right hand to the CFO.
