Job summary

Client in Sheboygan, WI seeks an experienced Corporate Controller to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, treasury, and ERP initiatives for a manufacturing multinational. You will ensure US GAAP and IFRS compliance and drive month-end close with a strong focus on accuracy and process improvements.

Qualifications: Bachelor's in Accounting and CPA required, 10+ years in accounting with 5+ in leadership, advanced Excel, ERP experience. Reports to VP of Finance. Onsite only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and CPA required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with 5+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, treasury, cost accounting, and international accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Manufacturing and multinational company experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations including AR, AP, GL, and financial reporting.
• Oversee domestic and international accounting teams under US GAAP and IFRS.
• Drive month-end and year-end closes, analysis, and management reporting.
• Manage treasury activities, banking relationships, cash management, and insurance programs.
• Support process improvements, automation, ERP initiatives.
• Develop and mentor accounting managers and staff.
