Job summary

Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to lead our client’s accounting operations in Sheboygan, WI. This onsite, direct-hire role reports to the VP of Finance and oversees both domestic and international accounting activities.

The role requires CPA, 10+ years of accounting experience with 5+ in leadership, and strong expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, treasury, cost accounting, and ERP systems. Manufacturing and multinational exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting and CPA required.
• 10+ years progressive accounting experience with 5+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, treasury, cost accounting, and international accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Manufacturing and multinational company experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations, including AR, AP, Cost Accounting, General Ledger, Treasury, and Financial Reporting.
• Oversee domestic and international accounting teams, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and IFRS.
• Drive month-end and year-end close processes, financial analysis, balance sheet integrity, and management reporting.
• Manage treasury activities, banking relationships, cash management, and insurance programs.
• Support process improvements, automation, system enhancements, and ERP initiatives.
• Develop, mentor, and lead accounting managers and their staff.
