Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA certification is required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with 5+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS; treasury and cost accounting experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations, including AR, AP, Cost Accounting, General Ledger, Treasury, and Financial Reporting.
• Oversee domestic and international accounting teams, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and IFRS.
• Drive month-end and year-end close processes, financial analysis, balance sheet integrity, and management reporting.
• Manage treasury activities, banking relationships, cash management, and insurance programs.
• Support process improvements, automation, system enhancements, and ERP initiatives.
• Develop, mentor, and lead accounting managers and staff.

Position Title: Corporate Controller

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to help lead our client’s accounting operations, including domestic and international accounting, financial reporting, treasury, cost accounting, and finance-related technology initiatives.

This is a fully onsite, direct hire position in Sheboygan, WI reporting to the VP of Finance.

Corporate Controller Responsibilities:

• Lead accounting operations, including AR, AP, Cost Accounting, General Ledger, Treasury, and Financial Reporting
• Oversee domestic and international accounting teams, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and IFRS
