Job summary

A leading food & beverage manufacturer seeks a Corporate Controller to lead critical accounting and financial reporting functions across the organization. This role oversees cost accounting, inventory control, A/P, financial reporting, and the monthly close while partnering with FP&A and operations.

Ideal candidates bring strong manufacturing accounting expertise, a hands-on leadership style, and a continuous improvement mindset to enhance accuracy and efficiency in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred.
• CPA or CMA certification.
• 7+ years accounting and finance leadership experience.
• Strong manufacturing cost accounting and product costing experience.
• Experience overseeing inventory control.
• Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS financial reporting.
• Proven ability to lead and develop accounting teams.
• ERP experience; Oracle E1 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cost accounting and product costing across the organization.
• Manage inventory control, A/P, and monthly close processes.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with FP&A and operations to drive improvements.

The Corporate Controller will be a key member of the leadership team and will oversee critical accounting and financial reporting functions across the organization. This leader will provide oversight of cost accounting, inventory control, A/P, financial reporting, and the monthly close process while partnering closely with FP&A and operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong manufacturing accounting expertise, a hands-on leadership style, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

• BS degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA preferred
• CPA or CMA
• Big Four audit experience at the Manager level
• 7+ years of accounting and finance leadership experience
• Strong manufacturing cost accounting and product costing experience
• Experience overseeing inventory control
• Strong understanding of GAAP and IFRS financial reporting
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop accounting teams
• Experience with ERP systems; Oracle/E1 experience is a plus
