Job summary

CFS is seeking a Corporate Controller to lead accounting, tax, payroll, and financial reporting in a manufacturing setting. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and internal controls, reporting to executive leadership in a high-visibility role.

You will oversee audits, compliance, and a seasoned accounting team, contributing to strategic financial decisions within a stable, globally backed organization. Excellent compensation and bonus eligibility are offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing accounting, payroll, AP, AR, and related functions.
• 5+ years of corporate tax experience including federal, state, local, and sales/use tax compliance.
• CPA strongly preferred; SAP experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations including AP, AR, payroll, general ledger, tax, and financial reporting.
• Manage month-end close and ensure compliance with policies and deadlines.
• Direct budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.
• Oversee tax filings at all levels and compliance.
• Coordinate annual financial statement audits and 401(k) audits.
• Manage cash flow, internal controls, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications For The Corporate Controller

• BS/BA in Accounting or Finance
• 10+ years of accounting experience within a manufacturing environment
