Job summary

Connect Search, LLC is hiring a Corporate Controller for a rapidly growing PE-backed healthcare services platform with 70+ locations nationwide. You will report directly to the CFO, run the accounting function with autonomy, and help shape the team over the next 12-18 months.

This role requires an active CPA, private equity-backed experience, and multi-site exposure; healthcare experience is a plus. You will partner with the CFO on strategic and operational decisions as the company scales.

Corporate Controller | Real Autonomy | PE-Backed Multi-Site Healthcare Platform

Connect Search is hiring the Corporate Controller for a rapidly growing, private equity-backed healthcare services platform - 70+ locations nationally and roughly $100M in revenue, with no shortage of runway ahead. This isn't a seat where you inherit someone else's system and keep it running. You'll report directly to the CFO, run the accounting function with real autonomy, and help shape what the team looks like over the next 12-18 months.

This role is built for someone with a public accounting foundation, private equity-backed company experience, and multi-site exposure - technically sharp (active CPA required), but just as comfortable acting as a strategic thought partner to the CFO as they are closing the books.

What you'll own:

• The monthly close process, with a mandate to streamline and modernize
• An established accounting team, including an Accounting Manager and AP function
• Noncontrolling interest and revenue recognition matters across a multi-site business
• Financial systems and reporting infrastructure as the company scales
• Banking relationships and treasury processes through a transition
• Partnership with the CFO on strategic and operational decisions across the business

What you bring:

• Active CPA required
• Private equity-backed company experience required
• Multi-site business experience required; healthcare experience a plus
• Public accounting background, with progression into industry, preferred
• Strong communicator, able to translate technical concepts simply for non-finance stakeholders
• A curious, process-minded operator comfortable building structure in a fast-growing environment
