Job summary

Gainor Staffing is seeking a Temporary Corporate Contracts Manager / Paralegal for a fully remote role in the United States. The initial assignment is 3 months with potential extension, offering exposure to high-stakes commercial contracts and merger-related work.

You bring 5+ years in corporate contracts, draft and negotiate under attorney supervision, and demonstrate strong CLM and data privacy experience. Collaboration with Legal, Procurement, Risk, and outside counsel is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate contracts or contract management experience.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements under attorney supervision.
• Experience with NDAs, services, consulting, licensing, and data privacy agreements.
• Proficiency with CLM systems and contract databases.
• Able to assess contractual risks and communicate with vendors.

Join a leading financial services organization as a Temporary Corporate Contracts Manager / Paralegal, supporting commercial contract negotiations and merger-related projects. This fully remote assignment offers an initial 3-month commitment with potential extension.

Who You Are

• You have 5+ years of corporate contracts, contract management, or contracts paralegal experience
• You have strong experience drafting, reviewing, & negotiating commercial agreements under attorney supervision
• You are skilled in NDAs, services, consulting, marketing, licensing, & data privacy agreements
• You are proficient with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems and contract databases
• You can independently assess contractual risks, negotiate standard terms, & communicate effectively with vendors
• Procurement or financial services experience is a plus

What You’ll Do

• Draft, review, & negotiate commercial contracts under attorney supervision
• Identify legal and business risks and recommend appropriate solutions
• Manage contract documentation, key terms, & records within CLM systems
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Risk, vendors, & outside counsel
• Support merger-related contract reviews and additional legal projects

What Success Looks Like

• Commercial agreements are reviewed and negotiated accurately & efficiently
• Contract records remain organized, complete, & accessible
• You contribute immediately, manage priorities independently, & support timely project completion

Pay Range

$70-$80 per hour (based on experience)
