Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality is seeking a Concierge to deliver outstanding service in Las Vegas. You will interact with guests by phone and email, crafting itineraries that span Tao Group brands and managing reservations with accuracy.

Candidate should excel in communication, problem solving, and handling high-volume requests while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. This role offers exposure to multiple venues within the Tao portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred and 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication with professional email etiquette.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level service via telephone and email to guests.
• Build guest relationships with itineraries across Tao brands.
• Respond to email inquiries within 30 minutes.
• Input events in Venue Driver and manage reservations.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and privacy of sensitive information.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Security, Restaurant, Catering and Sales, Nightclub departments.
