Job summary

Tao Group Hospitality seeks a Concierge in Las Vegas to deliver the highest level of service via phone and email. You will craft complete itineraries linking Tao venues, brand experiences, and guest preferences to create memorable visits.

Candidates should have strong communication, problem solving, and multitasking abilities. The role requires adaptability to a fast-paced hospitality environment with a focus on guest satisfaction across Tao brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Minimum 1+ year of customer service and multi-line telephone experience preferred.
• 21+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all job standards and maintain performance above 90% on shops.
• Use proper verbiage, spelling, and grammar in every communication.
• Build rapport with guests through informative interactions and anticipate needs to encourage return visits.
• Problem solve effectively while maintaining sincerity in difficult situations.
• Be proactive and alert management to discrepancies or issues.
• Respond to hotel email inquiries within 30 minutes.
• Email reservation updates to venue managers and executives.
• Input events in Venue Driver when requested.
• Maintain knowledge of Tao venues and amenities to answer questions accurately.
• Use CRM systems to organize tasks and develop guest profiles.
