Position Summary
The Corporate Concierge serves as the face of the property, delivering an elevated hospitality experience for tenants and their guests. This role focuses on building meaningful relationships, anticipating tenant needs, providing personalized recommendations, and creating memorable workplace experiences through exceptional service.
The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for luxury hospitality, thrives on creating exceptional guest experiences, and possesses extensive knowledge of New York City. You enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and making every interaction feel personal and effortless.

- Assist tenants with restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, ticket requests, local recommendations, and other concierge services whenever possible.
- Proactively share curated recommendations, seasonal happenings, exclusive dining opportunities, neighborhood events, and insider experiences that enhance the tenant experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local restaurants, luxury hotels, entertainment venues, fitness providers, cultural organizations, transportation partners, and other hospitality businesses to identify preferred partnerships and exclusive opportunities for tenants.
- Stay informed on new restaurants, seasonal events, neighborhood happenings, and emerging experiences throughout New York City.
- Respond promptly, professionally, and thoughtfully to tenant requests while consistently exceeding service expectations.
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, and polished concierge desk and lobby environment.
- Assist with visitor management, guest arrivals, and wayfinding throughout the property.
- Support the planning and execution of occasional tenant appreciation events and hospitality activations in partnership with Property Management and The Experience Group.
- Coordinate with approved vendors and partners to fulfill concierge requests and support occasional building events.
- Collaborate closely with Property Management regarding tenant requests, building communications, and operational updates.
- Maintain accurate records of concierge interactions, service requests, and activity as required.
- Continuously identify opportunities to elevate the tenant experience through personalized hospitality, thoughtful service enhancements, and creative ideas.
- Represent both the property and The Experience Group with professionalism, discretion, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
