What You’ll Do
Guest Experience & Reception
- Welcome guests and employees with a professional, friendly, and engaging approach
- Manage visitor registration, check-ins, and meeting coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for front‑of‑office needs
Workplace Experience & Hospitality
- Deliver personalized service by anticipating needs and accommodating special requests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and common areas
- Conduct regular floor walks to ensure spaces are fully stocked and presentable
Coordination & Support
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Support meeting room bookings, workplace requests, and guest services
- Utilize workplace technology to manage requests efficiently
Experience Enhancement
- Track guest preferences and create thoughtful, memorable interactions
- Continuously look for ways to elevate the overall workplace experience
What You Bring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and workplace technology
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2+ years of experience in hospitality, concierge, or client‑facing roles preferred
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills
- Professional presence with a service‑driven mindset
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift or move items up to 40–60 lbs. (with assistance)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active throughout the day
- Manual dexterity to operate office and reception equipment
