Job summary

Youth Opportunity is seeking a Corporate Compliance Manager to lead and oversee regulatory compliance, accreditation, risk management, and quality assurance for assigned programs. This role collaborates with facility leadership, corporate departments, and external partners to ensure adherence to guidelines and contracts.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Human Services or related field, five years of residential youth experience, and strong knowledge of licensing standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of direct residential experience with youth.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, licensing and accreditation standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial and administrative oversight for program operations, regulatory compliance, accreditation, and contract adherence.
• Ensure compliance with system-wide standards through risk management, fidelity monitoring, and quality improvement processes.
• Lead quality assurance and performance improvement planning, including data analytics and corrective action planning.
• Maintain communication with facility administrators, department managers, and corporate leadership.
• Serve as liaison with external professionals and oversight bodies for licensure and accreditation activities.
• Coordinate Kaleida Care system administration, data entry, and reporting accuracy.
• Review policies and regulatory requirements to keep programs compliant.
• Collaborate to develop monitoring tools, reporting processes, and evaluator practices.
• Demonstrate professionalism and promote a positive work environment.
• Engage in ongoing professional development related to compliance and youth services.
