Our Community Our Kids is seeking a Manager of Quality, Compliance and Strategic Initiatives to lead quality improvement programs and oversee reporting across Contracts, Provider Relations, and Child Safety & Legal Compliance. The role collaborates with program leaders to strengthen service delivery and organizational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• At least five years of experience in child welfare, quality improvement, or performance management.
• Experience coordinating quality reviews and supporting COA accreditation.
• Advanced Excel skills, dashboards, and automated reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Power BI to manage data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality reviews and drive improvement initiatives across departments.
• Manage document control, PQI plans, and reporting schedules.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and narratives to communicate performance.
• Coordinate COA activities, evidence collection, and readiness tracking.
• Collaborate with leadership to standardize workflows and ensure compliance.
• Track corrective actions and verify sustained results.
