Job summary

Boston Dynamics, Inc. seeks an Associate Counsel, Corporate & Compliance, to bolster the Legal team. You will support compliance initiatives, governance, and subsidiary management across the organization, working closely with the General Counsel and Compliance leaders.

The role requires a U.S.-juris Doctor with 5+ years in corporate law or compliance, strong drafting skills, and a collaborative approach to a fast-paced tech company. Domestic and international filings are part of the remit.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.
• 5+ years of relevant corporate law or compliance experience.
• Admitted to practice in at least one U.S. state; eligible for Massachusetts Bar if not admitted.
• Strong written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance programs, including sanctions and EU regulatory frameworks.
• Draft clear policies and train employees on regulatory requirements.
• Assist with board materials, governance, and subsidiary management.
• Support financing matters, due diligence, and corporate documentation.
• Oversee domestic and international corporate records and filings.
