Job summary

Boston Dynamics is seeking an Associate Counsel, Corporate & Compliance, to join our Legal team. This role supports compliance initiatives, corporate governance, and subsidiary management across the organization, reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, Compliance.

The ideal candidate will gain expertise across data privacy, labor and employment, and industry-specific mandates while maintaining the global corporate structure. A J.D. and 5+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.
• 5+ years of corporate law or compliance experience.
• Admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. state; MA Bar eligibility.
• Exceptional written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support execution and enhancement of key compliance programs.
• Research regulatory standards and draft clear policies.
• Design and deliver regulatory compliance training for employees.
• Assist with board materials and annual statements.
