Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds Company seeks a Corporate Communications Content Writing Professional to create internal communications and support multiple Reynolds brands. You will develop messaging, translate technical capabilities into clear benefits, and help edit others’ content.

The role requires strong writing and editing skills, excellent communication with management and cross-functional teams, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while learning new topics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Communications, Marketing, or similar field.
• Copywriting/editing experience.
• Very strong written communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent people and interpersonal communication skills to interact with management, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Must be a team player, but also can work independently.
• Willingness to learn new things.
• Applicants will be asked for writing samples.
• 0-5% travel

As a Corporate Communications Content Writing Professional, you will be responsible for creating various content supporting Reynolds and affiliated companies. You will develop messaging to complement different authors and adjust positioning based on medium. Attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear, concise benefits are crucial.
