Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds in Dayton, OH is seeking a Corporate Communications Content Writing Professional to create internal and external messaging, align with different authors, and translate technical capabilities into clear benefits.

You will manage multiple projects, edit others’ content, and collaborate across teams in a hybrid work environment with travel 0–5%.

Qualifications

As a Corporate Communications Content Writing Professional, you will be responsible for creating various content supporting Reynolds and affiliated companies. You will develop messaging to complement different authors and adjust positioning based on medium. Attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and the ability to translate technical capabilities into clear, concise benefits are crucial.

Key Responsibilities

• Write blog posts, articles, and various types of internal communications
• Assist with editing others’ content
• Learn about all Reynolds companies and industries for deeper understanding
• Research competitive solutions and companies for content creation
• Complete additional projects as assigned

Requirements
