Corporation Service Company is seeking a Client Service Representative for our Corporate team in Chicago, IL, with onsite work in nearby cities. The role focuses on delivering world-class service to business customers, handling inquiries, and maintaining accurate client records.

You will work Monday through Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and support client portfolios.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in B2B customer service or administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients to understand needs and concerns.
• Research, analyze, review, and process legal documents.
• Fulfill requests and answer questions for internal and external customers via phone or electronically.
• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
• Manage customer portfolios and organize workflow to meet time frames and demands.
• Data entry of client information and electronic filing.
