Meta Global is seeking an entry-level Marketing Team Member in the Baltimore area to build relationships with high-value corporate clients. This role offers comprehensive training, mentorship, and opportunities to learn consultations, client service, and account management.

You will assist with market a range of products, manage leads, and contribute to new business development while working with top-tier corporations in a client-facing capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (any major) from an accredited college or university, or graduating in the current or upcoming semester.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow within a corporate client management role.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients through consultations, meetings, and collaborative discussions. We provide comprehensive training.
• Represent our solutions to businesses, understand client needs, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Provide excellent customer service and account assistance to ensure client satisfaction and build long-term partnerships.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to introduce and market new products and solutions to existing and prospective clients.
• Help manage client accounts and leads while contributing to new business acquisitions and account growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with experienced team members to resolve client questions, coordinate solutions, and support smooth account operations.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to build expertise in account management, consultative client engagement, and enterprise solutions.
• Track progress on assigned accounts and contribute ideas that support client success and business growth.
