Job summary

QC Catering seeks a high-energy Direct Sales Manager to own the QC Direct (drop-off/delivery) sales process from inquiry to successful delivery in Charlotte. You will drive growth through follow-up, upsells, and referrals, while meeting monthly and annual targets and serving as the client communications bridge to internal teams.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in corporate sales (hospitality preferred), catering or events, and comfort with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of corporate sales experience - preferably in hospitality.
• Minimum of 2 years or more in catering or events.
• Comfortable with various CRM software and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Process: end-to-end from inquiry to booking and delivery.
• Hit the Number: achieve monthly and annual sales goals.
• Lead with Data: track performance using CRM metrics and win/loss analysis.
• Outbound activity: follow-up calls, referrals, and prospecting in Charlotte.
• Client Management: be the primary contact from outreach to post-order follow-up.
• Internal Collaboration: coordinate with culinary, logistics, and leadership.
