Titan Security is seeking a proactive Security Shift Supervisor for a large corporate campus in Deerfield, IL. You will lead on-duty officers, manage access control, and oversee life-safety systems to uphold security and customer service standards on a high-profile site.

Typical schedule is Saturday and Sunday overnight and Thursday and Friday overnight. Compensation includes hourly pay, paid time off, health benefits, and opportunities for growth within a respected nationwide security provider.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; 3 years security officer experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English; bilingual considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-duty security officers to enforce post orders and safety protocols.
• Manage campus access control for employees, contractors and visitors.
• Provide site training on emergency protocols and customer service standards.
• Conduct patrols of buildings and grounds and document incidents.
• Serve as the on-shift responder for emergencies and life-safety systems.
