Job summary

Titan Security Group in Deerfield, IL is seeking a proactive Security Shift Supervisor to oversee shift operations at a large corporate campus. You will lead on‑duty officers, manage access control, and ensure high security and customer service standards.

Reporting to the Security Director, you will conduct shift briefings, coordinate patrols, and respond to emergencies, while maintaining documentation and compliance with post orders and client policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 3 years security experience.
• Must be able to obtain a valid Security License if required by state.
• English reading, writing and speaking required; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-duty security officers and ensure adherence to post orders and client policies.
• Manage campus access control, visitor management, and life-safety systems.
• Conduct shift briefings, assign patrol routes, and verify attendance.
• Document incidents, perform incident reporting, and communicate with security director.
