The role offers a full-time schedule with Monday–Friday hours and a pay range of $105,000 to $132,000 based on experience, in a hybrid Manhattan environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years in Marketing/BD in professional services or law firm.
• Excellent oral and written communications; strong attention to detail.
• MS Office Suite required; knowledge of CRM and email marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Capital Markets specialization is preferred.
• Support attorneys post-event: target attendees and follow ups.
• Prepare and draft pitch materials and RFP responses.
• Research prospective clients, firms, and industry specializations.
• Edit, assemble, proof, and distribute final proposals.
• Maintain pitch tracking.
• Contribute to strategy development and business plans.
• Monitor and report market trends and issues.

Job description

Actively seeking a Legal Business Development Specialist (Corporate) for a Fulltime and Hybrid Role. This role is suited for a candidate with 3+ years of experience working in Business Development, RFP, or Proposal writing within a Professional Services, Marketing, or most preferably a Law firm. Strong writing skills is a MUST.

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST

SCHEDULE | LOCATION: Hybrid | Manhattan

PAY: $105K - $132K (Based on Years of Experience, Legal Experience)

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ Yrs in a Marketing/Business Development Role in a Professional Services/Law Firm
• Extraordinary attention to detail, and oral/written communications skills
• MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Additional Knowledge in Database, CRM, and Email Marketing Platforms REQUIRED

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Specialization in Capital Markets is preferred
