Job summary

Qualifications

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must not require visa sponsorship
  • Must pass FINRA background check
  • Must comply with FINRA regulatory obligations and Wells Fargo policies

  • Complete six to seven weeks of structured classroom training in accounting, credit analysis, corporate valuation, and financial modelling
  • Conduct company and industry research
  • Analyze historical financial performance and model future outcomes to assess credit risk
  • Create client marketing materials using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Assist in preparing credit underwriting presentations for Risk Committee approval
  • Monitor client developments and prepare updates for leadership
  • Contribute to client work within a coverage or product group

  • Follow Wells Fargo risk and compliance policies and procedures
  • Monitor, identify, and remediate risk and compliance issues

  • Must successfully complete and pass a FINRA background check prior to hire
  • Must meet ongoing FINRA regulatory obligations, including periodic screening and mandatory reporting
  • Must comply with applicable Wells Fargo risk and compliance programs, policies, and procedures
