Job summary

Qualifications

  • 6+ months of Investment Banking Program experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Bachelor’s degree with expected graduation between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • Successful completion of the 2026 Investment Banking Analyst Program.
  • Strong academic achievement.
  • Demonstrated interest in finance and financial markets.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to take on significant responsibility.
  • Relevant internship experience.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
  • Must not require work visa sponsorship from Wells Fargo now or in the future.
  • Must successfully complete and pass a FINRA background check prior to hire.
  • Must meet ongoing FINRA regulatory obligations, including periodic screening and mandatory reporting.
  • Must not be subject to statutory disqualification under FINRA rules
