Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States seeks an entry-level finance professional to build and analyze complex financial models and support capital markets tasks. You will create compelling materials using Excel and PowerPoint and collaborate with Credit and Corporate/Investment Banking teams.

The role involves evaluating securities products for clients, handling multiple high-priority opportunities, and starting with necessary securities licenses (SIE, Series 79, Series 63) after start date.

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of relevant work or internship experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship now or in the future
  • Graduating Class of 2027
  • GPA of 3.3 or higher
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong entrepreneurial spirit
  • Relevant internships and co-op program experience
  • Experience or demonstrated interest in Corporate & Investment Banking, Leveraged Finance, and/or Capital Markets is a plus
  • SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 licenses to be obtained immediately after start date
