Qualifications

• Associate's Degree student with sophomore, junior or senior standing at internship start date; must not have graduated before start date.
• Bachelor's Degree student with sophomore, junior or senior standing at internship start date; must not have graduated before start date.
• Analytical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured internship programming, including orientation, workshops, networking events, research project, and professional development activities.
• Support a dedicated line of business with day-to-day tasks, project-based work, and assigned deliverables.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and collaborate with team members to contribute to goals and deliverables in alignment with line of business standards and timelines.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Complete additional duties as assigned to support line of business needs.
• Gain practical experience in corporate benefits administration by supporting research, analytics, employee communications, and strategic projects that help deliver competitive and effective benefit programs to employees.
