Associated Bank offers a 12-week internship program designed to provide meaningful hands-on experience, networking, and mentorship across the organization. Interns will gain exposure to commercial banking, credit risk, and portfolio management while developing real-world skills in a collaborative environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree student with sophomore, junior, or senior standing at internship start date; must not have graduated prior to internship start date.
• Preferred: Microsoft Excel.
• Preferred: Experience using AI tools for research, productivity, or analysis.
• Preferred: Analytical thinking.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in structured corporate internship programming, including orientation, workshops, networking events, research projects, and professional development activities.
• Support the Commercial Banking team through day-to-day analytical support and portfolio management activities.
• Analyze financial statements and assist with quarterly portfolio monitoring activities.
• Learn and support the credit underwriting process while developing an understanding of commercial banking and credit analysis.
• Assist with credit approval documentation and analyst-level assignments based on business needs and individual development.
• Collaborate with the Portfolio Management team, dedicated mentors, and other Commercial Banking professionals to support team objectives and deliverables.
• Participate in meetings, training, and networking opportunities to gain exposure to commercial banking, client relationships, credit risk, and portfolio management.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines, and complete additional duties as assigned.
