Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree student with sophomore, junior, or senior standing at the time of internship start date; must not have graduated prior to internship start date.
• Analytical thinking skills required.
• Strong communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured internship programming, including orientation and development activities.
• Support a dedicated line of business with day-to-day tasks and project work.
• Attend meetings and trainings to contribute to goals and deliverables.
• Follow company policies and confidentiality guidelines.
• Assist with research, analytics, and communication for benefits programs.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver results aligned with timelines.
