• Participate in meetings, trainings, and collaborate with team members to contribute to goals and deliverables in alignment with line of business standards and timelines.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Complete additional duties as assigned to support line of business needs.
• Gain practical experience in corporate benefits administration by supporting research, analytics, employee communications, and strategic projects.
