Job summary

Associated Bank offers a 12-week internship program designed to provide hands-on experience, mentoring, and professional growth across the organization.

Interns will support Talent Acquisition with sourcing, screening, and requisition reviews, participate in structured programming and represent the company at recruitment events while building a professional network within a diverse workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree student at internship start date; not graduated before start date.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use AI to research, organize information and improve processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured corporate internship programming, including orientation, workshops, networking events, research project and professional development.
• Support a dedicated line of business with day-to-day tasks, project-based work and assigned deliverables.
• Attend meetings and trainings; collaborate with team members to contribute to goals and timelines.
• Assist Talent Acquisition with candidate sourcing, resume screening and requisition review.
• Represent the company at job fairs and campus recruiting events and other talent attraction activities.
• Take part in emerging talent programs and engagement initiatives and networking events.
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition process improvement projects and operational initiatives.
