Regions Bank in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking an Specialized Industries Associate to assist in the design, origination, structuring, and execution of financial advisory assignments, loan syndications, and capital markets products for existing and prospective clients.

You'll support senior bankers, develop financial models, prepare pitches and client materials, and conduct due diligence while collaborating with junior associates and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with proven record of high achievement.
• Three (3) years of relevant work experience.
• Prior completion of a credit training program.

Responsibilities

• Supports senior bankers in relationship responsibilities, including idea generation and interaction with current and prospective clients.
• Understands client needs and identifies Regions' products and services to help clients achieve goals.
• Develops and maintains detailed financial models to value companies and depict projected financial results.
• Ensures a high quality of client deliverables.
• Leads the preparation of written materials, including pitches, proposals, client materials, and analyses.
• Conducts extensive financial and industry due diligence to evaluate risk/return parameters of a transaction.
• Participates in recruitment, development, training, and oversight of junior associates.
