Star Pipe Products is seeking a Corporate Attorney to provide comprehensive legal support focused on corporate documentation, commercial transactions, and litigation management for its Houston operations.

You will draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements, support governance, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate with outside counsel on litigation across manufacturing, supply chain, and procurement functions.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Texas, in good standing.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, and negotiate supplier, purchase/sale, distribution, service, confidentiality, and licensing agreements.
• Provide legal guidance on contract interpretation, performance issues, and dispute avoidance strategies.
• Maintain and improve standard contract templates and legal processes to enhance efficiency and consistency.
• Assist with corporate governance activities, including board materials, resolutions, bylaws, and corporate records.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on litigation matters and ensure effective representation and cost control.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR and leadership on employment and regulatory matters.
