Tenaris in Houston seeks a Senior Legal Manager to advise Tenaris’ U.S. operations across commercial, procurement, labor, regulatory, governance and litigation matters.

This full‑time, in‑person role reports to the Legal Senior Director – USA and supports a broad range of business needs. The ideal candidate holds a JD from an ABA‑accredited school, active Texas bar admission or eligibility, and at least 4 years of top‑tier firm or in‑house experience; strong communication and independent work

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from ABA‑accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; Texas admission preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of legal experience at a top‑tier firm or in‑house.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal oversight of U.S. business by collaborating with functions and global teams.
• Advise senior management with sound, practical legal guidance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Liaise with Human Resources on labor and employment matters.
• Oversee litigation and corporate governance, and support policy development.
