Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active Texas license.
• 5–8 years of corporate law and litigation experience preferred, in manufacturing/supply chain environments.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of legal documents including supplier, purchase, distribution, service, confidentiality, and licensing agreements.
• Provide legal guidance on contract interpretation, performance issues, and dispute avoidance.
• Maintain and improve standard contract templates and processes for efficiency and consistency.
• Support corporate governance activities: board materials, resolutions, bylaws, and corporate records.
• Assist with litigation support: coordinate with outside counsel on case strategy, discovery, and resolution.
• Advise on regulatory compliance and risk management across manufacturing operations (EHS, OSHA, product safety).
• Partner with internal stakeholders and HR on employment-related matters and cross-functional reviews.
• Conduct due diligence for strategic transactions and assist with documentation and integration.
