Qualifikationen

Role Overview

Apply corporate, commercial, and M&A legal expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through accurate, real-world legal analysis, feedback, and documentation. This remote, US-based contract role focuses on commercial, contract, corporate, M&A, and general counsel matters. No prior AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate corporate, commercial, and M&A documents for accuracy, enforceability, and compliance with US law.
• Draft, review, and provide feedback on contracts, policies, and agreements using corporate-law best practices.
• Explain complex legal concepts clearly for AI system development.
• Identify and summarize legal issues, trends, and risk areas in business transactions and contract negotiations.
• Contribute legal scenarios, case studies, and document samples to AI training datasets.
• Collaborate asynchronously with project stakeholders to clarify deliverables and answer corporate-law questions.
• Provide precise written and verbal analysis of legal language and its practical application.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited US law school and active bar membership in at least one US jurisdiction.
• At least 5 years of corporate, business, or transactional law experience, including M&A, contracts, and risk management.
• Experience as outside counsel, in-house corporate counsel, or a legal consultant to business clients.
• Strong corporate law, contract drafting and review, US regulatory compliance, legal risk management, legal research, and legal document analysis skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to make complex legal issues accessible to varied audiences.
• Knowledge of the US commercial and regulatory compliance landscape and proficiency with corporate and commercial agreements.
• Intellectual curiosity and interest in technology-driven work.

Work Terms

Remote independent-contractor engagement for US-based attorneys.

Work is task-based. Each task averages approximately 3.5 hours to complete.

Effective hourly earnings depend on the number of completed tasks that meet project specifications and receive sign-off.

Compensation

Pay ranges from $90 to $150 per hour. Compensation is paid per completed task that meets project specifications.
