Qualifications

CornerStone Staffing is partnering with an established organization in the financial services industry seeking an experienced Associate Counsel to support corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and other business-related legal matters.

This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with at least 3 years of relevant experience who enjoys transactional legal work and collaborating with business leaders in a dynamic corporate environment. The position offers exposure to complex transactions, commercial agreements, regulatory considerations, and strategic business initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings a strong corporate transactional background, including mergers and acquisitions, along with experience in financial services or a related regulated financial business.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Support ongoing acquisitions and corporate transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and transactional agreements
