Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active Georgia Bar membership.
• 7–10+ years of corporate transactional experience.
• Established portable book of business for lateral integration.

Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate formation, entity selection, structural planning, and reorganizations.
• Lead governance matters, board advisory, compliance frameworks, and oversight.
• Manage and execute M&A transactions, due diligence, drafting, negotiation, and closing.
• Provide strategic counsel on joint ventures and capital structure planning.
• Collaborate with cross-practice teams to deliver comprehensive client service.
